What is a Dream Team?
The Dream Team is designed to help you use your gifts and passions to make a difference here at Vine Hill and in your community. We offer many different teams to make it easy for you to serve. From greeting visitors on Sunday, to leading a Small Group. Each team makes an eternal impact.

Communications Team
Help share our church’s message both inside and outside the building. You’ll assist with social media, photography, design, or writing to keep our community informed.
Age: 16+ and Background Check
Connections Team
Welcome guests, answer questions, and help people get connected. You’ll also pray with those who accept Christ, playing a key role in Sunday services.
Age: 14+ and Background Check
Kidz Team
Help shape the next generation! You’ll guide kids through Bible stories, songs, and fun activities, or work behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly. Kidz Ministry is for ages newborn to 5th grade.

Production Team
Love tech? Help with audio, video, or lighting to enhance our services and connect people with God.

Outreach Team
You’ll lead or support local service projects, events, and missions that meet real needs and share Christ’s love throughout our city.

Set Up & Tear Down Team
This team handles everything behind the scenes, from setting up seating to cleaning. Your work makes Sunday mornings possible!
Background Check
Spanish Translation Team
Help break language barriers so everyone can hear the message of Jesus. You’ll provide real-time translation during services or assist with translating key materials, helping our Spanish-speaking community feel seen and included.

Special Needs Team
Create a safe, fun, and supportive environment for kids with special needs. You’ll serve alongside our Kidz Team to provide one-on-one care, sensory support, and a space where every child can learn about Jesus at their own pace.

Worship Team
Use your musical talents to lead our church in worship. If you’re a vocalist or musician, we’d love to hear from you!

Youth Team
Invest in middle and high school students as they grow in faith and navigate life. You’ll lead small groups, plan events, and build meaningful relationships that make a lasting impact.

Our Team Responsibilities
Walk with Jesus
The greatest thing we can offer our family, friends, church, and co-workers is our personal walk with Jesus. We intentionally spend time with Him through Scripture, prayer, and fasting.
We are all wired differently & our time with Jesus may look different for each of us. Some might be early risers, some might be mid-day warriors, some might be night owls. The GOAL is to learn how God wired you and to spend time with Jesus consistently.
Treat people right
Be respectful, loving, kind, responsive, compassionate, & filled with Grace in conversations & interactions with people.
Get better
We want to continually grow and improve in every area of our lives. We do this by: applying the Scriptures God is teaching us during our personal time with Him, seeking a Godly mentor, asking trusted leaders for honest feedback, and using God-centered podcasts and books as additional resources.
Maintain a Great Attitude
Smile, greet people, & be joyful. We don’t have a grumpy or depressed look on our faces when we are serving! We are imitators of Christ. The Joy of the Lord is our strength.
